"I had an almost perfect experience with ooshirts.com. I first ordered my shirts on December 5 and had received responses from 2 ooshirts.com representatives by the 6th (one from production I think? and the other a graphic artist). The process was fairly simple and by the 12th, I had received a final proof to approve. I was very pleased with the overall design and the artists' ability to understand my vision. I couldn't wait for the 18th to come so that I could see my shirts in person. The 18th (a sunday) came without my delivery, but I understood--it was a weekend afterall. However, when the 19th hit and I still had not received a tracking number for my shirts, I got a bit worried. I was going to be giving the shirts at a Christmas party (which was on the 19th by the way, so I REALLY wanted those shirts in) and I had a feeling that I would not have my presents wrapped. I called the help center and Brandy said that there had been an issue with the production and that she'd have to check up on it and call me back. After a few hours with no response, I called back again and spoke with Brandy again. She said she was still waiting for a response but she would be able to give me an ETA in another hour or so. She promptly called me back in app 20 minutes and left me a voicemail saying that they were being shipped that day and I should receive them on Tuesday or Wednesday at the very latest. Overall, I'm very happy with my order and can understand the slight snafu with the shipping. I was very happy with Brandy's response and her understanding of my rush. I did feel that ooshirts.com should have contacted me directly to let me know that there was a delay with the printing, rather than me having to call a few times to check on the status. Other than that, I loved my shirts and I know my friends and family will enjoy them as well. The printing far exceeded my expectations and I loved that the pricing was very affordable. I would not hesitate to order shirts from ooshirts.com again and I fully plan on doing so in the very near future."

"The shirts arrived a week before I thought they would. The print quality was perfect. I guess my only concern was that the print on the XL shirts was the same as the smalls, thus making the XL print look smaller than the Small shirt. I didn't realize I forgot that in the notes.
