"The color on the website's design program had the wrong swatch for Military Green, so I ended up ordering a color that was not at all what I wanted. So that was a bit of a disaster, but three minutes with your customer service rep and it was all sorted out. Fantastic customer service that causes me to completely forgive the website color gaffe."
