The actual design turned out as promised, considering it was a complex color print, very faithful to the original (the other company's looked significantly degraded, just too much risk). Pricing, too, was the best or comparable to other companies based on the shirt I chose. Re shipping: Kind of parsimonious communication. An email that read "shirts are in production" followed by arrival; then, after arrival an email saying "shirts are on the way." A few shipments (unrelated) have been dicey lately, so I was a little nervous about delivery. No real tracking option. Nonetheless, they arrived less than a 30-day window, so probably could improve that communication, but all's well that ends well."

"Honestly, I love the work that you guys do. I love how easy it is to make an order. I just don't like the fact that I can't make multiple different type of prints in one order. I also don't like the fact that you don't have every color in every type of shirt, but outside of those things. I love that I can always guarantee that my shipment comes on time.
