The very last thing you want to see when you receive your custom t-shirts is a battered down design. We promise our prints are of the highest quality, and will last through many washes. If within the first two weeks, you wash your garments according to our care instructions and see your print deteriorate, we'll reprint your order for you and ship it to your door free of charge.

When filing a claim, please provide your order number along with clear photos showing the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond within two business days with a resolution.
For print quality defects such as cracking, peeling, or color discrepancies, claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. For issues related to incorrect items, wrong sizes, or missing garments, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted outside these windows will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Our guarantee covers print defects including premature cracking or peeling, significant color differences between the approved proof and the final product, incorrect garment styles or sizes, and missing items from your order. Normal wear and gradual fading after extended use, damage resulting from improper washing such as using bleach or high heat drying, and subjective design preferences that were approved in the proof stage are not covered under this guarantee.
One day can make a big difference. Whether it's a vacation or a fundraiser, if your shirts are late even one day, they can become a wasted purchase. We understand this and deal with deadlines very seriously. If your order arrives late due to an error on our part, we will either refund your shipping cost or reprint your order with expedited shipping at no additional charge.
In addition to offering store-quality prints, we offer them to you at the lowest prices. We always look around to make sure our prices are the lowest, but if you catch any other site posting lower prices than ours, please let us know! If you find a lower price for the same product, quantity, and print specifications from another provider, let us know within 24 hours of placing your order and we will match that price.
