"I contacted customer service because I had received an email about my artwork being fuzzy. I repeatedly asked to have a proof sent to me. The customer service representative representative suggested that I cancel my order. I told her that I simply wanted to see a proof before I proceeded with the order. Finally, she explained to me that once the proof is made, the customer will forfeit 15% of the amount of the order if the customer rejects the proof. I took the Gamble and waited for the proof. It was amazing. The shirts also came out perfectly. I was more than pleased."
