"Customer service is nearly impossible to get on the phone as I have tried calling several times with questions. Email response however is better and usually would receive a response within a day. There were some delays with the shipping and it did not arrive as scheduled, however it was a minor delay and we had buffered in extra time with our order knowing this was a possibility. The print quality looks good and we are satisfied with our shirts. "

"Excellent price, quality, and workmanship. Very easy to design and upload logos. Maybe I missed it but I didn't see a place to specify font type. Online chat is very good but the 800 number is useless because phone support is NEVER available when you want to talk to a person. I received an automated call telling me to call their number and I did within 5 seconds and I got the same message a I got on a dozen previous calls "phone support is not available". Having said that I'd use them again for all of the other positives. In addition to that, they don't have a ridiculous $50-$75 set up fee. "
