Throwing events is stressful no matter what. But if you're ordering custom shirts for yours, we'd like to make it as hassle-free as possible. Here's how you can help us help you:

Approving Your Artwork

You want to make sure that your shirts arrive on time for your event. Artwork approval is one of the leading causes of order delays. This can happen in two ways.

If the artwork submitted is not of a high enough resolution, we're going to need to ask you to submit new artwork. This means both you and us repeating steps in the order process. To avoid this time-waster, make sure to submit images of good picture quality.

If you select to have a proof sent to you for approval before printing begins, you need to approve it right away. We cannot start printing until you give us the go-ahead, so every day that we wait is a day later that your order will arrive.

Know Who You're Ordering For

Even if your they arrive on time, that doesn't guarantee how your shirts fit. Sizing and fit are sensitive issues, which is why we offer a variety of styles. And if you're ordering for kids as well as adults, you may want to consider getting a second set of screens.
