"This is the second time I’ve used ooshirts, I’ve made a crewneck and a hoodie, one with a detailed hand drawn picture and the other with a not so detailed graphic between the span of about 6 years or so... they kill it. Both times they absolutely killed it. They understood what I was trying to do, got rid of my background color and the prints came out perfect both times. I recommend them to my real life friends and would online as well. 11/10 "

"I love your products and the pricing but the website leaves a little to be desired and your customer service is always a day or two slower than everyone else when it comes to responding to emails. I also understand keeping prices low but a offering a reorder is pretty standard with other companies. You could make more money by offering people a reorder at the discounted 12 shirt rate. Just disappointing to get an email stating my reorder of 2 shirts will be done as a direct to garment printing because that’s more cost effective for you a day after getting an email I’m basically out of luck on needing just two more shirts. "
