"It was my first time ordering custom shirts online and I was surprised at the high level of customer service -- from an artist reviewing my design before I even ordered to the easy online way of tracking the order status. Shirts even arrived a few days earlier than anticipated! Thanks! Only thing that I wasn't satisfied with is that the size of the design turned out to be a lot bigger than the original size I made on the mock T-shirt on the website. Relative to the website shirt, the design looked perfect sized, but when it was produced, the design was much much bigger."
