"I received a series of calls from customer service ahead of the sale, making every effort to have the shirts be exactly what I wanted. I was impressed that so much effort was put ito the sale (I guess I didn't expect it from an online business) but that was a great experience. The shirts shrank a bit after washing which was a disappointment (and now I have to go on a diet so it will fit). In my previous order, the shirts seemed big so I ordered smaller sizes this time.
