I was emailed a proof of my shirt-sized design after they got it, so I didn't have to be worried about the design being stretched out when I received the actual shirts. When I emailed them about a question I had, they responded quickly and explained everything to me. I called customer service (they picked up immediately) and fixed the design. They were very helpful and extremely nice and positive! Delivered two days after they fixed it!!!
