"I wish I could think of her name, but I had to call because you'll were suggesting I pay the $25.00 for the extra frame in order to have the shirts look nice. I did not know exactly what that meant when I was ordering online, but she explained and told me why that was important. I did not want to pay anymore since I had already spent over $200, but it was worth it to have the shirts look nice. She told me she would look out for me since I was in a hurry to get the shirts and she would ensure they were printed and sent out quickly.She was kind and understood the meaning of GREAT customer service. Thank you for everything!"
