The first time, they called me up to explain that there might be copyright issues with the design and put the design on hold until we fixed the issue. I was very grateful and the new print was still done in time for our event. I decided to use them a second time and, again, they filled my order so fast I couldn't believe it. In fact, the shirts showed up the same day that I got an e-mail saying that the design was ready to be shipped. Love this company!"
