"We liked the shirt material, however, with our logo it looked better on paper than in person. Our logo against the gray is hard to read. We wish you would have told us that before printing them so we could either adjust the color or add another ink color so it wouldn't blend with the material.
It would be good for your company to do a test run. Print one shirt and check it for quality and readability first and let the company know how it turned out; and send a picture even. We would actually like to return them all and have them redone in a darker color so they're useful to us. If we thought that was an option we would.
Makes us second guess using your company in the future."
