"the website states "order today and receive your order by the 5th" I did not receive my order by the 5th and upon calling customer service they informed me that my order had not been processed in time to guarantee arrival by the 5th and would instead arrive two business days later. I was greatful for the customer service rep who helped me and explained the situation to me, but I would have liked an when my order was shipped. I was also not provided a tracking number until I called customer service. Either of these things would have eased my mind before the arrival of my shirt."
