"I have been a good customer and very pleased for over 3 years. Until my last two orders. Order 621612 was placed poorly and blurred and some were very crooked. # 634705 was printed in reverse colors. On both orders I could not get through by phone and the email were answered very slowly. We finally did get BOTH issues resolved. What happened and what can you do to reassure me that it will not happen again? I would like to still use ooshirts in the future, Give me a reason to give your company another try. Thank you for finally resolving the issues that started in September."
