They are kind, hardworking, and supportive. This order in particular was a tricky one that required some back and forth with your site. I had ordered a small number of shirts (less than 10) and that caused a few problems with printing. Your employee contacted me immediately and sorted it all out. I was on a time crunch because we needed the shirts delivered before the college students went home for the summer and Benjamin was incredibly helpful. However, everytime I call the number it said you were closed and as I am hardly ever near a computer that I can access online chat. it was delaying my order. I hope that a live person can be hired or the phone lines fixed so that a customer can reach a live person to take call and fix issues that come up quickly. "I love the facility of ordering & designing the shirts. I sometimes get a perfect batch and other times there are a few shirts that the printing on them aren't quite so perfect. Some representatives are great at assisting and others take longer to resolve the issue. But overall, I would love to keep doing business with ooshirts! "
