"I contacted customer service because I had received an email about my artwork being fuzzy. I repeatedly asked to have a proof sent to me. The customer service representative representative suggested that I cancel my order. I told her that I simply wanted to see a proof before I proceeded with the order. Finally, she explained to me that once the proof is made, the customer will forfeit 15% of the amount of the order if the customer rejects the proof. I took the Gamble and waited for the proof. It was amazing. The shirts also came out perfectly. I was more than pleased."

"I had no issues, so there was no need for me to contact customer service for anything. It's an easy enough site to figure out exactly what you're doing and place orders quickly. We placed our facilities order pretty "last minute" but received our shirt in plenty of time to hand them out to all of our HHA's. "
"My design came out great! Great job on the printing! The only reason I didn't give a higher rating on Customer Service was because there was no way to contact you by phone or chat. Email is just too slow. Even if you just changed to a non-toll-free phone number for Customer Service it would have been acceptable. I get a little panicky when I can't reach a company I'm trying to do business with by phone. But with that said, I love my Ts and I will do business with you again in the near future."
