"The initial print was delivered ahead of schedule. There were some issues with the back printing on a few of the hoodies, but ooshirts customer service was responsive and shipped out replacements asap. My organization has ordered hundreds of items from ooshirts, and we will continue to do so."

"I contacted customer service because I had received an email about my artwork being fuzzy. I repeatedly asked to have a proof sent to me. The customer service representative representative suggested that I cancel my order. I told her that I simply wanted to see a proof before I proceeded with the order. Finally, she explained to me that once the proof is made, the customer will forfeit 15% of the amount of the order if the customer rejects the proof. I took the Gamble and waited for the proof. It was amazing. The shirts also came out perfectly. I was more than pleased."
