"I tried calling the phone number many times for help and no one ever answers. I do get email responses eventually so that is helpful. The printing looked fine, except I was hoping the ink would be more saturated. For instance, the black was not very black. The delivery was faster than I expected."

"Very nice print hopefully it will be better than last one there was an ink issue where after 1 wash the letters cracked and faded but I give hats off to the staff they stepped up and redid shirts, now just have to see if the ink is better ,I haven't worn or washed yet.
