ooShirts offers three shipping options: Standard (free, 10 business days), Rush (+25%, 5 business days), and Super-rush (+50%, 3 business days). All delivery dates are guaranteed — if your order arrives late, you can return it for a full refund. Free standard shipping is included on all orders within the contiguous 48 US states, with no minimum order for free shipping.

All transit times are measured in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). The countdown begins once your artwork proof is approved and your order enters production.

How Our Delivery Guarantee Works

Every order placed with ooShirts comes with a guaranteed delivery date. When you place your order, you will see the exact date your shirts will arrive. If your order arrives after that date for any reason, you may return the entire order for a full refund — no questions asked. We stand behind every delivery date we commit to.

Your guaranteed delivery date is calculated based on the shipping tier you select, the complexity of your order, and your shipping address. You can see the guaranteed date for each shipping option during checkout before you pay.

Packaging and Order Protection

All orders are carefully folded, wrapped, and packed in sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes to prevent damage during transit. Each shirt is individually inspected before packing. For large orders, shirts are bundled by size for easy distribution when they arrive. We ship via UPS or FedEx with full tracking on every package.

Shipping Coverage

Free standard shipping applies to all addresses within the contiguous 48 US states. We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), APO/FPO military addresses, and PO Boxes. Orders to these locations may be subject to additional shipping costs and may take longer to arrive. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, we send you a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status anytime on our order tracking page using your order number and billing zip code. Tracking information is typically available within a few hours of shipment.

What if my order arrives late?

If your order arrives after the guaranteed delivery date, you can return it for a full refund. Simply contact us at [email protected] or call 888-257-1918 within 7 days of the guaranteed delivery date. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your refund once the return is received.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes within the United States. However, delivery to PO Boxes may take slightly longer than delivery to street addresses, and PO Box deliveries are not eligible for Rush or Super-rush shipping. We recommend using a street address when possible for the fastest delivery.

Is there a minimum order for free shipping?

No. Free standard shipping is included on every order, regardless of size. Whether you order 1 shirt or 1,000 shirts, standard shipping is always free to the contiguous 48 US states. Rush and Super-rush upgrades are calculated as a percentage of your order total.

Can I change my shipping method after placing an order?

If you need to upgrade to Rush or Super-rush shipping after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at 888-257-1918 or [email protected]. We can usually accommodate shipping upgrades if your order has not yet entered production. Downgrading from a faster shipping tier is not available once the order is placed.

How are delivery dates affected by artwork approval delays?

Your delivery timeline begins once you approve your artwork proof. If there is a delay in approving your proof, your delivery date will be pushed back accordingly. To ensure on-time delivery, we recommend approving your artwork proof as quickly as possible after receiving it.
