"I wanted to make a custom shirt for my friends birthday. There was a small glitch in the system that made me confused about the proof. I spoke with a customer service representatives who was more than helpful and told me to let the artist know exactly what I wanted. Then they emailed me that my design resolution would be too low and they let me change it with no issue. I got the proof not long after and it looked great. Shipping was incredibly fast and the shirt and quality of the print came out AWESOME. 10/10 would recommend. "

"The quality and price is fantastic. For that, I'll be a returning customer. However, improvements could be made. When building my shopping cart, there was no option to add multiple orders, or at least I could not find one after many attempts. That means I had to place an order with a custom design, check out, log back in, use the same design to make another shirt with a slight variation, then one more time. Not the most convenient, and each item shipped separately. Later, when confirmations/proofs came in through email, none of the links worked. I mentioned this, but got no response. That means I could not see any of the shirts before they shipped. Lastly, the third and final order arrived 1 week after the other two arrived, not sure why, and wasn't given any heads up by Ooshirts or USPS. Like I said, this company has my business because thankfully everything turned out wonderful and I'm very happy with the product. I hope the Ooshirts will continue to grow and be able to address these smaller issues. "
