"I love your products and the pricing but the website leaves a little to be desired and your customer service is always a day or two slower than everyone else when it comes to responding to emails. I also understand keeping prices low but a offering a reorder is pretty standard with other companies. You could make more money by offering people a reorder at the discounted 12 shirt rate. Just disappointing to get an email stating my reorder of 2 shirts will be done as a direct to garment printing because that’s more cost effective for you a day after getting an email I’m basically out of luck on needing just two more shirts. "
