"Ordering process was very efficient and seamless. Two "issues", though: +It would have been nice to have received an email that the order was complete and that the shirts were on the way AND there was a tracking number {for either UPS, USPS, or Fedex} to track the order. It had been 2 weeks since I received any communication from You Folks {checked spam over that time and nothing there} and I found out that the order was "in transit" only from going to your website myself and checking what the status of the order was and it was then I found out it was in transit. If I hadn't found out it was in transit, I was going to contact You Folks to find out the status and info wasn't available, I couldn't contact You, and/or if the info provided me was unsatisfactory I was going to cancel the order and request a refund. +The pattern on the back of the shirt is smaller than what it look like in the mock-up - based on the visual dimensions of the shirt in the mock-up, the design looks like it takes up more space on the back than it actually does. If the design looked more like it does on the shirt as it does in the mock-up, I would have thought twice about ordering. +"
