"I had some issues with my selection to add on white shirts to my order of black tank tops. The preview online showed the print being fine, but apparently the process to print could only use white ink with my selection. Obviously white ink would not show up on white shirts so this created a hiccup in the process Thankfully, Darlene was able to help me to get a new design rendered which flipped the color pallet to black. I was also sent a voucher to cover the cost of the shirts that were unable to print with the first order. Things don't always go 100% smoothly, but it's how things are fixed that matters. I'm glad that we were able to get everything resolved. Thanks"
