The original design proved to be problematic and the artists and customer service representatives at ooshirts were incredibly helpful in rectifying any issues. The end result are some fabulous shirts for our awards assembly. If there is one complaint, it is with the difficulty of communicating with ooshirts. The phone number directs one to use the chat feature on the website. It is nearly impossible to speak with anyone. Very frequently the chat feature was not engaged since there was no one in. This can be frustrating when one receives an email stating to get in touch with ooshirts. I hope that this can be addressed. However, once contact was made, as said above, everyone I communicated with was incredibly helpful and patient."
