"We have had good experiences with your company, however I feel that your website and the ordering process could be improved. There have been times where we have needed to look up information on an order and didn't have access to the invoice number and therefore were not able to find the order. I think the smartest way to have your website set up would be to give each customer a username and password with the listing of all previous orders made. Yours is the first website I've experienced where it is not possible to find invoices from order made in the past and that I believe is a huge turnoff. It's just not very user friendly or accommodating to the person that may not have immediate access to an order number. "
