"Print looks amazing, exactly like how I wanted it, except two major issues. Number 1) they messed up one of my shirts- they used the wrong name. Getting it fixed required like five different emails none of which offered any help other than a coupon. I wasn’t upset about having to buy another sweatshirt, I just wanted help using the website! Which brings me to my second major issue which is the website’s usability. It’s impossible! I wanted to be able to upload the design I’d used for the original order, change the number of sweatshirts to 1, correct the name that they got wrong and just buy the one sweatshirt. Unfortunately, it is legitimately impossible to reduce the number of shirts in an order, once that design has been made. The website keeps telling me I have an “excess” in my personalization count, which I know! But won’t tell me how to reduce that “excess.” Just awful to work with. Now I have to reorder and redesign the sweatshirt from scratch, hoping it’s at least close enough to the original! "
