"I think it would be nice to automatically ask all customers to approve the design. I had an issue where I didn’t click to have a proof sent and therefor the design was not as I would have liked it. I contacted customer service and basically was told there was nothing that could be done. I had even wrote a note in the comment section for what I want changed but I guess because I didn’t click the right button, it doesn’t matter. I was still able to use them...so all worked out. But doing automatic proofs to customers would probably help."

"The first round of this order was not correct and the printing was too dark. This statement is important because YOU STOOD BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT AND MADE IT RIGHT! The second go-round was MUCH better; someone on your team took the time to brighten the image and it made all the difference.
