"My t-shirts were not printed like the artwork I had submitted and approved. At first, I panicked. However, after speaking to a customer service rep and after they conducted a prompt investigation, I was informed that it was in fact a production error. My shirts were reprinted and sent back to me a week later. The delay was not an issue because I had submitted my order with time to spare. Mistakes happen - ooShirts made it right!
