"The customer service was helpful during the printing process with step by step notifications . I had to ask for the shipping information a few days after it had been in transit so that was minus. The shirts came on time which was nice. The big negative is that about 5 of the 24 shirts came dirty with random debris and dirty on them. I would do a better job of maintaining a cleaner standard in the work space to prevent that from happening. It really is a problem that people have to wash shirts fresh out of the package just to hopefully remove a stain. "
