"The image I uploaded was going to cost extra money because it would be a different process so the rep on the phone made a change and we looked at it over the phone together. The image was lacking color in a few spots. I told her that and she said don't worry they will fix that before they print. Well they didn't. So now all the shirts in my first order (XL, and Small) have holes' in the cancer ribbon. The wierd think is I placed another order of Mediums and put in the notes to use the image from the first order, because I called and asked how do I get the correct image. That order was beautiful and all the image looks great."
