Design ID vs Order Number

Design ID

Your Design ID number is the eight-digit code that is given to you in an automated email when you first save your design. It is stated in the email and is also the last eight digits of your design's URL. This number corresponds with your design in the design lab. This number does not reflect details from placed orders, such as credit card information or arrival dates.

Order Number

Your Order Number is the five-digit code that you receive after you have placed an order. This is the number that we use to track your order in our system. This number is the most efficient way for us to help you with your order once you've placed it.
